were wearing masks, but the masks did not cover their noses and mouths. Unfortunately not all employees were wearing masks at all times. Seating did appear to be socially distanced and tables were wiped down with disinfectant between seatings. We were a couple who visited this restaurant during a trip to Middle Tennessee. I said to my husband, “how come we couldn’t have been seated over on the fun side of the restaurant.” First time customer but there are better choices to spend our money at. Halfway through our meal we kept getting our attention drawn to the other half of the restaurant at the other waiter entertaining his customers. The atmosphere wasn’t a clean and polished one as there were greasy smudges on the booths’ sides. She did make the correction by bringing me my two sides without charging us so that was a plus on the service but she still looked as unhappy as the hostess. I ordered the coconut shrimp entree and just got several shrimp instead. We were going to get the extra salad bar, however, one look at the dismal selection, we ordered entrees instead. The waitress was also very uninterested and did not seem to know the menu. uncomfortable from the get-go and my husband as I both exchanged the same look at the same time which was pretty comical. The hostess didn’t really seem very pleased to seat us, since she would be the first person a customer would see she could have been a bit more pleasant. I’ve never been to a Ruby Tuesday’s so we decided to try it out.
